Vinification : the vinification method is ruled by and is specific to the Champagne Appellation. The wine/champagne-making process is carried out in six main steps:

DENIS MARX - Champagne

Vineyard and soil : The estate is located in Cerseuil, a village in Champagne, in the heart of the Marne Valley. The vineyard is established in 7 famous villages in Champagne between Troissy and Damery.


Area : 11 ha


Bottles : 60 000 bottles.

Vineyard management: Harvesting is carried out by hand with the greatest respect for the traditional Champagne methods.


Grape varieties :

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier


Tasting Note : Golden yellow in colour, the “Brut Tradition” cuvee is marked by the black grape varieties which make up 90% of the blend (of which 60% is Pinot Meunier). Dried fruits and spicy aromas awaken with aeration. Round and flattering on the palate, with prominent aromas of peach and gingerbread aromas. The Brut Cuvee, is full-bodied, structured and reveals developed aromas of beeswax and quince.
