Vintage :
Golden yellow in color, its Tradition brut bears the imprint of the black grapes that make up 90% of the blend (including 60% meunier). Dried fruit and spice aromas come to the fore after aeration. More
expressive with notes of peach and gingerbread, the palate is round and flattering. Cuvée brut is full-bodied and well-structured, with evolved aromas of wax and quince.

Owner in Cerseuil, a Champagne village in the heart of the Marne valley. Our vineyards are located in seven renowned Champagne villages between Troissy and Damery.

The winemaking method is regulated and specific to AOC Champagne. Champagne vinification takes place in 6 main stages.
